Return & Exchange Policy
For in store purchases, items must be returned within 7 days. For purchases made on our website and shipped by us, returns must be received within 14 days of us sending the item.
Items returned to us within the above time frame are eligible for exchange or store credit. All items must be unused, still in their original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or gift receipt.
Pickup orders that are cancelled will be given store credit. Pickup orders that have not been collected after 7 days will be given store credit and the items will be restocked. If you need us to hold your order for longer than 7 days, please email us at email@example.com or call 312-226-6303
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 312-226-6303
If you received a gift from our store and would like an exchange or store credit, please email us at email@example.com or call 312-226-6303. We will give you further instructions if you are shipping the item back to us. We are not responsible for shipping costs on returned or exchanged items. All items must have a receipt or gift receipt and meet the criteria listed above.
